A Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with various internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

    High-level Responsibilities

    • Determine and define project scope and objectives.

    • Predict resources needed to reach goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.

    DRM Job Tasks:

    • Assign & Manage all tasks to either Designer, Content Writer, Proofer, Developer, Vendors

    • Keep the project management system updated, including assignments, deadlines, notes, links, and status.

    • Work w/ AR & MC to maintain client contact information up to date in CRM and Project Management System.

    • Assist AM with moving open tasks forward - (i.e., review and approve, deliver missing items, make recommendations, etc.)

    • Communicate the status of projects

    • Notify the Team of overdue and at-risk projects

    • Work with teams to manage emails, social media campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and sales assets.

    • Track Project-related expenses

    • Track Contractors' time per project / per client

    • Communicate obstacles, issues, or roadblocks

    • Manage quality assurance for client deliverables from all parties, contractors, and teams.

    • Save & maintain completed materials

    • Keep Google Drive, and Creative Cloud Files organized & updated.

    Qualifications for Project Coordinator/ Manager

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field (Preferred)

    • 5-8 years of project management and related experience

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification  (Preferred)

    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively

    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
